Sr. Francisca Damoah is the current Superior General of Infant Jesus congregation; she brings to her leadership a wealth of administrative and programmatic expertise rooted in decades of service to the Church and religious life. With an academic foundation in Human Resource Management and over a decade of experience as Country Director for the African Sisters Education Collaborative (ASEC), she has championed the empowerment of Catholic Sisters through education and capacity-building across Ghana. Her earlier service at the Archdiocesan Secretariat and Catholic Mission Press reflects a lifelong commitment to ecclesial stewardship, strategic leadership, and the formation of women religious.

Sr. Prof. Eugenia Amporfu is a globally respected economist and the current Superior General of Daughters of the Most Holy Trinity Congregation (FST), combining a profound commitment to academic excellence with spiritual leadership. A distinguished professor of economics at KNUST with over two decades of academic, research, and policy leadership in Ghana and internationally. Her expertise spans health economics, healthcare financing, equity, and demographic dividend analysis. Sister, has held senior academic roles at Simon Fraser University, Bishop’s University, and Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada, and served as Dean of the Faculty of Social Science at KNUST. A former Board Member of the Bank of Ghana and advisor to national and international development bodies, she is an active contributor to research, capacity-building, and public policy. Sister’s scholarly influence is reinforced through editorial duties, academic committee work, and professional memberships across several health economics networks globally.

Mrs Mary Perpetua Djangmah Is a seasoned finance executive and devout Catholic, currently serving as Chief Finance Officer at FOCOS Orthopaedic Hospital. With over two decades of leadership in financial management across healthcare, education, and the energy sector, she has built a distinguished record in budgeting, audit, strategy, and compliance. She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester and is a Fellow of ACCA. Her experience spans institutions such as Klintaps College of Health Sciences, Saipem Ghana (Saiwest Ltd), and the Internal Audit Agency. Known for her integrity, technical depth, and strategic thinking, she brings a faith-driven and mission-conscious approach to leadership and governance.

Lawyer George Amoah is a seasoned legal practitioner and national security professional with over three decades of distinguished service in Ghana’s intelligence, legal, and administrative spheres. A barrister-at-law and graduate of the University of Cape Coast and the Ghana School of Law, he served in senior leadership roles at the Bureau of National Investigations (now NIB), including Head of Legal, Investigations, and Intelligence Operations. His legal practice spans labour, land, criminal, and family law. Recognized for his strategic expertise, he has contributed to high-level national committees, security investigations, and international engagements. His diverse experience reflects a deep commitment to justice, public service, and national development rooted by Catholic faith.

Dr. Mrs. Phyllis Tawiah

Dr. Mrs. Phyllis Tawiah is a dedicated Geriatrician and staunch Catholic with over two decades of clinical, academic, and leadership experience in both Ghana and the United States. She serves as Director of the Centre for Ageing and Elderly Care at Metro Health Hospital and Head of the Internal Medicine Unit at KNUST’s University Hospital. A Fellow of the Ghana and American Colleges of Physicians, her academic journey spans Emory University, Yale New Haven Hospital, and the University of Ghana Medical School. Passionate about healthy aging, she is also a senior lecturer, national policy advisor, and published researcher. Her devotion to compassionate care is matched by a steadfast commitment to public health, gerontology, and community service rooted in Catholic values.

Mr. Henry Kofi Arthur-Gyan is a seasoned educationist and committed Catholic leader with over three decades of distinguished service in Ghana’s educational System and the Catholic Church. He has served as Headmaster of prestigious institutions including St. Augustine’s College and Gomoa Gyaman SHS, and currently chairs the Board of St. Brother Andre SHS, Kasoa. Mr. Arthur-Gyan is a former National President of Ghana Association of Science Teachers and a long-serving WAEC Supervisor and Team Leader. A dedicated Catholic, he holds key leadership roles within Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Cape Coast and the Archdiocesan Catholic Teachers Guild. His lifelong commitment to youth mentorship, governance, and faith-based education underpins his influential role in both academic and spiritual spheres.

Sr. Dr. Lucy Hometowu is the current president of the Major Superiors in Ghana. She’s also the Superior General of Sisters Mary Mother of the Church (SMMC) and a highly respected obstetrician-gynaecologist with international clinical and leadership experience. With specialization in high-risk pregnancies and complex gynaecologic care, she has served in prominent hospitals in Ghana and the United Kingdom, mentoring numerous midwives, students, and junior doctors. A Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK), her training spans institutions in Ireland, the UK, and the U.S. Her deep commitment to women’s health, compassionate care, and faith-based service defines both her vocation and her leadership in religious life.
